SHIPPING TIME
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to exit fulfillment and another 5/7 business days to be delivered. If you have not received your order at 12 business days from the time it was placed, you can use your USPS tracking number to find out where it is. In rare situations, an order can take up to 20 business days to arrive
• Delivery is Monday to Friday and Sunday (excluding Public Holidays).
• If your order is above $20.00, no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is $2.90.
• Delivery is fully tracked, and delivery notifications via SMS and email are provided by the carrier.
• We’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also track your order by logging into ‘My Account’ and viewing your most recent orders. Just click ‘Track This Order’ and you’ll be directed to the carrier tracking page.
• A signature may be required on receipt.
• Depending on the carrier, you may be presented with a specified delivery timeframe slot.
• If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card advising if your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbor or how to arrange collection.
